Floyd Richard Guernsey, 79, died at his apartment in Janesville, Wi. on July 20 2013.
Floyd was born Sept. 1, 1933 in Wisconsin the son of James Guernsey and Emma Lipke.
He was a machinist at General Motors for many years. He is survived by one son, Lowell
Guernsey of Manitowoc, Wisconsin and 2 grandchildren. There are no services or
visitation planned at this time. Betzer Funeral Home is serving the Guernsey Family.
