Phyllis Jean Mullis Jones, 73 of 2855 North Shore Drive, Delavan died at Williams Bay Care Center on Friday, Nov. 30,2012. Phyllis was born Oct. 27, 1939 in Belvidere, Ill. the daughter of Fred and Hazel (Polter) Mullis. She married Gaylord Jones April 15, 1960 Gaylord died Oct. 2006. Phyllis is survived by 2 daughters, Debbie (Mauricio) Castro and Diane (Robert) Chapman of Delavan Lake. 1 son, Delbert Jones of Cary, Ill. 2 brothers, Bill (Evelyn) Mullis and Carol Mullis. 1 sister, Helen Mullis of Delavan. Sister in law , Luella Wood of Delavan. 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Her husband and two brothers predecease her. Funeral services will be 11am. Monday, Dec. 3,2012 at the Betzer Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Spring Grove Cemetery. Friends may call 10am to service time at the Betzer Funeral Home. END
